Yoga for Hamstrings

Ah Hamstrings!

Use these yoga sequences to create some length in tight hamstrings, release tension in your lower back and find more space, ease and comfort in your body.

As your hamstrings are releasing, make sure you protect them by bending your knees and activating quad muscles in forward folds. Never go to the point of pain, a gentle mild stretching sensation is plenty!
