Softening – 20th July 2017
Soften into what you feel and soften into who you are. Let yourself feel what ever comes up without trying to change it, to reject it or attach to it. Soften into your body, support yourself and sink in. Let go of the way you think things are supposed to look like, what your supposed to be feeling, supposed to be doing and just breathe.
Be with yourself exactly as you are and soften your harshness towards yourself. Know that you are doing the best you can with what you have. Know that you are perfect the way you are and allow yourself to be kinder, more compassionate and softer to the true person you are.
Allow space for all the feelings your heart holds. Do not hide away from yourself. Its ok to feel. To feel the soft winds of happiness and the quiet moments of loneliness. Its ok to feel it all. Its ok to be yourself. From this moment forward, be gentler, kinder and softer.
