Asking for what you need – 13th July 2017
Enquire within in this restoring yoga sequence. Ask yourself what you need to be more comfortable, to feel more at ease.
Love yourself enough to ask yourself everyday what you need – and then making sure that you receive it. Love yourself enough that you will ask others for help and support when you need it.
Don’t be afraid to ask questions. Don’t be afraid to ask for help when you need it. Asking for help isn’t a sign of weakness, it’s a sign of strength. It shows you have the courage to admit when you don’t know something and then allows you to learn something new.
Be strong enough to stand alone, be smart enough to know when you need help and be braver enough to ask for it.
