Restoring body and mind – 8th July 2017

Use this restoring yoga sequence, with gentle free flowing movement and long comfortable holds to completely release, to make peace with your day and prepare your mind, body, breath, soul and spirit for a restful night sleep.

Be as gentle as possible with yourself as you slowly move through the sequence, make yourself as comfortable as possible when holding poses and let the breath flow effortlessly. Less is more with this practice.

When you allow yourself to let go of outside distractions, when you allow yourself to sink into you, you will find all the comfort and wisdom you need.

At the end of the day, before you close your eyes, be content with what you have done and always be proud of who you are.
