Rest and restore your body and mind with this gentle yoga practice. Feel yourself releasing tightness, tension and anything that feels heavy on you. Focus on what you are grateful for. Start small and feel the flow on effect. Once we start to become aware of how much we have to be grateful for, we realise that what we have and who are is enough and more.
Happiness cannot be travelled to, owned, earned, worn or consumed. Happiness is the spiritual experience of living every minute with love, grace and gratitude.
