Slowing Down – 11th June 2017
Focus on moving with comfort and ease. Let go of what you think it’s supposed to look like and accept your movements for what they are. Slowing down gives us the opportunity to turn inwards and let go of the business of our days and minds.
Tune into physical sensations, arising thoughts and emotions. Let go of the belief that we have to work harder to receive benefits. To release tightness and tension, stress and worry, soften, slow down, do less and you will receive more during this practice.
May the sun bring you new energy by day. May the moon softly restore you by night. May the rain wash away your worries. May the breeze blow new strength into your being. May you walk gently through this world and know its beauty all the days of your life, and always.
