Comfort and Ease – 6th May 2017

This gentle slow sequence of poses are designed to leave you feeling rested, nourished and restored. The more you support your body in the poses the deeper you can allow yourself to sink into peacefulness.

Choose your movements mindfully, without force. Aim to find a place of acceptance for your position, your body and feel it just as it is.

We don’t always need a plan, to be consistently busy. Sometimes we just need to breathe, trust, let go and see what happens.
