I Choose My Thoughts – 8th June 2017
Something like 85% of the thoughts you have are the same ones you had yesterday, and the day before and the day before that. Your thoughts created your reality. Are you thoughts nourishing, helpful and beneficial?
Use this yin yoga practice to become concious of your thoughts. Notice what is circulating up there in your mind. Once we are aware of where our mind drifts and dwells, then we can start to regain control of our thoughts, to release the unhelpful, negative an ingrained ones and to start to open up space for new ones, for positive thoughts that lead to positive feelings.
Change your thoughts and your feelings will follow.
Its only a thought, and a thought can be changed. I are not limited by any past thinking. I choose my thoughts with care. I constantly have new insights and new ways of looking at my world. I am willing to change my thoughts and grow.
