Rather than focusing on all that you deem to be missing in your life, let’s start to give thanks for all the good we have.

Be thankful for your life, your body. Breathe deeply, let go of your worries, forgive yourself and others. Build your life around what you love.

Gratitude for what you have, for enjoying your life for what it already is, is the greatest gift you can give yourself.

Gratitude – it turns what we have into enough and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos into order, confusion into clarity. It makes sense of our past, brings peace for today and creates a vision for tomorrow.
