Self Love – 23rd May 2017

Take some time just for you to appreciate the body you have been gifted. Treat yourself with kindness and compassion, tune out the outside noise and reconnect to your centre, the place where you are whole and full, the place inside you that radiates love for all others and especially love for yourself.

At the end of each day, before you close your eyes, be content with what you have done, be grateful for what you have and be proud of who you are.
